  1. teachers are gardeners indeed but the output is the same as illustrated by Jesus Christ parables (The parable of the sower)

  2. Absolutely. As long as the teacher provides a conducive learner environment, learning occurs spontaneously and easily. "All children are born geniuses.9,999 out of every 10,000 children are swiftly inadvertently degeniusized by grown ups".

  3. So what are the conditions that will encourage growth in the educational sense and what can inhibit/prevent that growth?

  4. Good teachers want to see their learners mushroom to their full potential, and this cant be achieved without nurturing them or providing an enabling environment.

  5. Great Gardeners that provide good conducive conditions for the plants have better yield, So shall be a great teacher to his learners.

  6. A teacher just like a gardener provides conditions for growth. So the teacher provides conducive environment for learning to take place.

  7. I love the idea that teachers are like gardeners .However they differ in that some seeds whatever you do will not flourish

  8. They are not only gardeners, buy also are like sculptors who chisel and shape the minds of young children

  9. Absolutely,,,, teachers are great guardian of students mind,,they guide them right direction for meaningful life,,

  10. I totally AGREE! Know their strengths and their weaknesses and guide them in the right direction!
